We also offer activities when space and time allow, in conjunction with our lectures.


Choose from our lectures that suit your health day(s) or weekend.


Because we work wholistically, our wellness packages always include one lecture for the mind and one for the body as well as a physical activity. Our half day package includes 2 x 75 min lectures and a 45 min physical activity. Our full day package includes 2 x 75 min lectures, 1 x 75 min workshop, 1 x 45 min activity and 1 x 60 min activity. Pilates - 45 min

Pilates is a form of exercise that is characterized by slow movements and a pursuit of harmony, both mental and physical. Pilates is a training method that combines strength training, stretching and yoga. During each exercise, several muscle groups are trained simultaneously. We will primarily focus on core training.


Stations Exercise - 45 min

An effective workout where you increase your strength, mobility and fitness through light to medium exercises. We focus on basic exercises where you engage your whole body, which makes the exercises easy to perform, safe and effective for both body and mind.

Zhineng Qigong - 30 min

The term qi can be translated as "life force" or "vital energy". Qigong is a self-training art for body, mind and qi, the word Qigong literally means to practice or manage qi. By practicing Zhineng Qigong, we can reduce or completely get rid of various ailments, both physical and mental. Even completely healthy, active people benefit greatly from Zhineng Qigong.


Walk and Talk - 60 min

Science says that we have an easier time absorbing information when we are in motion. By walking and discussing a topic at the same time, we achieve two things in one fell swoop. On the one hand we physically strengthen our body, which increases blood flow and oxygenation, and on the other the brain can more easily process and receive the information.

We help you achieve your goals in career, relationships, leisure & health. With the right tools we can achieve our dreams but often it is difficult without support from our surroundings. We do not always have the person or persons in our vicinity who understand HOW to achieve your goals.

Stretching - 30 min

The purpose of stretching is to lengthen the muscle. If you want a flexible body and prevent injuries, stretching is a very good activity. Mobility naturally decreases with age, but it is possible to influence its mobility with stretching and stretching in various forms. We adapt this session to the group's ability.

Massage

The best feature of massage is that it helps to increase blood flow in the body. As blood flow improves, muscles become less tense. Another positive effect of massage is the release of the calming hormone serotonin that is activated by touch which we so desperately need to feel relaxed. Classic Swedish massage.

Muscle Relaxation - 30 min

Muscular relaxation is one of the most effective aids available to lower the basic tension in the body. Having too high muscle tension takes a lot of energy and can lead to fatigue and various pain conditions. We guide you in a wonderful calming muscular relaxation that you can take with you to your everyday life. 

Dance - 30-60 min

  • Charleston / Swing / Tap /Jazz / Tango

Movement - Rhythm - Balance. A study from the USA shows that those who dance regularly reduce the risk of dementia diseases by 60%.

Water Aerobics - 50 min

Strength training and fitness to music in water. This is a good form of exercise for the body as we use the water as resistance. We train with or without dumbbells. This form of exercise is especially recommended for those who have an injury and may not be able to work out the same way as in the gym.
