Because we work wholistically, our wellness packages always include one lecture for the mind and one for the body as well as a physical activity. Our half day package includes 2 x 75 min lectures and a 45 min physical activity. Our full day package includes 2 x 75 min lectures, 1 x 75 min workshop, 1 x 45 min activity and 1 x 60 min activity. Blue-Sky Thinking

Join an inspiring course where, through information and short exercises, you get the tools on how to move forward step by step to a life that is in harmony with you. We take a closer look at the capacity of the brain, the power of visualization and the importance of conviction. MT or mental training - Here we use the power of visualization to see what we want to achieve.

Stomach Health

By supplying the body with the right fuel, you give yourself the greatest possible chance to function effectively. The course covers the structure of the intestine, the function of the parts, the digestive system, enzymes, good - bad bacteria, genes versus bacteria, prebiotics / probiotics / synbiotics, fiber "our best friends", food as medicine, and the role of the intestinal flora for brain well-being etc.


Science of Well-Being

We look at things like misconceptions about happiness - why our expectations are so bad - strategies for overcoming your prejudices - what really increases happiness - implementing strategies. We work actively with visualization and you get to learn the method "WOOP" which is designed to help you keep the course.


Insulin Resistance

Insulin resistance is a condition in which the body's cells are unable to assimilate insulin, causing symptoms reminiscent of insulin deficiency despite normal or high levels of insulin in the blood. Insulin resistance increases the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and cardiovascular disease. [1]

Fatty Acid Balance

A good balance between Omega-6 and Omega-3 is important for, among other things, the heart and blood circulation, eyes, memory, psyche, immune system, skin, cells, brain and during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In this lecture, we will sort out the concepts between the different fatty acids, which foods you should avoid and which you can eat. Balance between omega 6 and omega 3 is fundamental for a healthy and wholesome body.
